No, you simply pay a deposit, part of the actual cost of the
reservation to secure your booking...You are NEVER charged more
than the NET rate.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You can follow the link in your confirmation email where you will
get your reservation details and status. You can cancel there.
Can I see view my reservation data from anywhere?
Yes, providing you have an internet connection you can view your
reservation data 24-7/
How do I know if I will get charged if i cancel?
Your confirmation link updates real time and shows how many hours
or minutes you have before you can cancel. You can monitor this by
going to the link provided in your confirmation email.
Can I reserve multiple rooms in a single reservation?
Yes, for instance you can reserve a family room for the family and
a Single room for friends that may accompany you.
What is the max amount of rooms I can book per reservation?
You may book as many rooms as you desire but are limited to 3
rooms per reservation.
To book more than 3 rooms you would have to make 2 reservations.
for larger bookings you may have to contact us for some hotels.
How do I book a room?
Using the date picker calendar you select check in and check out
dates. Then you will get a list of hotels and the rooms available.
Upon picking a hotel you will be given a choice of available
rooms, you select they quantity (qty) of each type of room you
require and click reserve.
I haven't got my confirmation email, what do
I do?
If you did not make a note of your confirmation number, please go
to the reservation page where you can enter the email address
where you made your booking.
I don't have an email address, may I still book?
Sure, you wont get a electronic confirmation but you will get a
confirmation number when you reserve which you can click and print
your confirmation details.
If I cancel within the time do I get a full refund?
Apart from the non refundable deposit, your card is not charged if
you cancel within the required time.
When is check in?
Varies per hotel, this information will be displayed before you
choose a room, also your confirmation will give all the details.
How do I know if a motel will accept pets?
Before you pick your room there will be small icons, if you see an
icon with a dog on it, it means pets are accepted. However, you
may be charged a small fee for extra cleaning.
How do I get Driving Directions to the hotel
I have booked?
You can use the driving directions in the reservations section.
You can follow the link in your confirmation email. Driving
Directions and Maps are powered by Yahoo! maps.
If I have to check in very late, may I?
You can email the hotel directly by replying to your confirmation
email to let them know you will be arriving late.
